These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OutSponsor platform at outsponsor.com, operated by Zan - Zari Labs OÜ ("OutSponsor," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using OutSponsor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
OutSponsor is a sponsorship intelligence platform that monitors publicly available social media posts to detect brand sponsorship deals and generate AI-powered outreach pitch messages.
The service scans public posts only. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or Stories.
AI-generated pitches are suggestions provided for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any outreach messages manually. We do not send messages on your behalf.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of sponsorship detections or the success of any outreach or business relationship initiated using our platform.
To use OutSponsor, you must:
Each account is intended for a single individual. Team members on Growth and Agency plans receive their own accounts via team seat invitations.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

OutSponsor offers the following plans:
Annual billing provides a 17% discount compared to monthly billing.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or bank account information.
Tracking slots determine how many creators you can monitor. One tracking slot equals one creator on one platform. For example, monitoring the same creator on both Instagram and TikTok uses two tracking slots.
Slot limits are determined by your subscription plan and are enforced accordingly.
The Growth plan includes 2 team seats, and the Agency plan includes 5 team seats.
Team members with the Member role can view the dashboard, watchlist, and alerts, and can use the Copy & Go feature to copy pitch messages. Only the account Owner can change settings, manage billing, invite or remove team members, and modify the subscription plan.
OutSponsor and its parent company, Zan - Zari Labs OÜ, own all rights to the platform, its design, detection algorithms, AI models, and proprietary technology.
You retain ownership of your profile data, analytics, uploaded content, and any personal information you provide.
AI-generated pitch messages are licensed to you for your personal and business use. You may use, edit, and send these pitches freely. However, you may not claim the underlying AI pitch generation methodology as your own proprietary technology, and you may not resell AI-generated pitches as a standalone product or service.
The OutSponsor platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
Sponsorship detection relies on publicly available signals and AI analysis. False positives and missed detections may occur. You should verify all sponsorship information independently before acting on it.
OutSponsor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Google, or any other social media platform or technology company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OutSponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of OutSponsor shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to OutSponsor, its users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Upon termination or account deletion:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of OutSponsor after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of OutSponsor will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
